Terms & Conditions
Last updated 27 May 2026
These terms govern your use of the Orchard Couture website and any purchase you make from us.
Who we are
Orchard Couture is operated by Orchard Couture Limited, registered in Ireland. Registered office, company number and VAT number are published at /legal/imprint.
The house
We sell limited, hand-selected and atelier-made clothing, accessories, home and garden pieces. Most are one of only a handful. Stock shown as available is sold first-come, first-served; an item is removed once sold.
Pricing
All prices are shown in euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT for EU customers (VAT calculated at the customer's destination rate via Stripe Tax). Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email an order confirmation. If the item is no longer available, or there's a clear pricing error, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers. Strong Customer Authentication (3DS) may be requested by your bank — Stripe handles this in checkout.
Made-to-order
Some pieces (couture, embroidered, monogrammed) are made to order and clearly marked "Made to order". Made-to-order pieces are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal — see Returns.
Risk and title
Ownership and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law. Otherwise, our liability is capped at the price you paid for the order.
Governing law
Irish law. Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
Updates
The effective date above reflects the latest version. Existing orders remain governed by the terms in force when you placed them.
