These terms govern your use of the Orchard Couture website and any purchase you make from us.

Our pieces

Orchard Couture sells limited, hand-selected clothing and accessories. Most pieces are one of only a handful — and many are one of a kind. Stock shown as available is sold on a first-come basis, and an item is removed once sold.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in euro (€) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Availability

We make every effort to keep availability accurate. In the rare event a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Descriptions and sizing

We describe and photograph each piece as faithfully as we can. Sizes for children's pieces are careful estimates; exact flat measurements are confirmed before dispatch on request.

Title and risk

Ownership of an item passes to you once we have received full payment. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
