We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, you may return it.
The essentials
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a full refund to your original payment method, normally within 5 working days.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Return postage is arranged with you; we cover return postage where an item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or not as described
If a piece arrives damaged or differs from its description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement (where possible) or a full refund including delivery.
Your statutory rights
As a consumer in Ireland and the EU, you have legal rights under consumer protection law, including in respect of faulty goods. This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, those rights.
