Orchard Couture ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, delivery address and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
- Payment details: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Contact messages: anything you send us through our contact form or by email.
- Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information only to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, handle returns, and — if you opt in — send occasional updates about new pieces. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that make the shop work: Stripe (payments), Google Firebase (secure hosting and database), our delivery partners, and our email provider. Each processes data on our behalf under their own GDPR-compliant terms.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw marketing consent whenever you like. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond promptly.
