Report Content or a Concern

Last updated 27 May 2026

If you believe content on this site is illegal under EU or Irish law — copyright infringement, defamation, hate speech, fraud, child safety concerns, or anything else — please tell us. We act on every notice.

What to include

  • The URL of the content or page concerned.
  • A clear description of what is illegal and why.
  • Your name and email (so we can confirm we've received your notice and update you — required by the DSA).
  • A declaration that the notice is made in good faith.

How to submit

Email privacy@orchardcouture.com with subject "Report — content concern" and the information above. You may also use the in-app form on this page (operator action: form rendering — to be wired during the legal-pages build).

What happens next

We acknowledge every notice within two working days, review without undue delay (typically five working days), and tell you the outcome. Where the content is hosted by us and the notice is justified, we remove or restrict access promptly.

Bad-faith notices

The DSA permits us to suspend handling of repeat bad-faith notices. We document each such suspension.

Other concerns

For privacy / data-subject requests, use My Account → Privacy. For product safety concerns, contact support@orchardcouture.com. For Irish regulatory complaints, the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the Data Protection Commission are independent points of recourse.
