Report a concern

If you believe a piece of content on this site is illegal, infringes a right, or breaches our standards, you can file a report here. This is our EU Digital Services Act (Art. 16) notice-and-action mechanism. Reports may be anonymous; supplying an email lets us send a receipt and the outcome of our review.

What happens next

• A case id is created and stored in our audit log.
• The trust & safety team reviews within 48 hours under DSA Art. 16(6).
• If we act, the content is removed or restricted and you (if you supplied an email) and the user who published it are notified with a statement of reasons (Art. 17).
• You may appeal an outcome by emailing trust@orchardcouture.com with your case id.
