Every piece is wrapped with care and sent as quickly as we can.

Ireland

• Free on orders over €200.
• Flat rate from €6.95 below that, shown at checkout.
• Dispatched within 1-2 working days. Typically delivered within 1-3 working days.

United Kingdom

• Tracked service charged at checkout. Typically delivered 3-6 working days.
• UK customs and VAT are handled by us under the IOSS / UK VAT scheme up to applicable thresholds; any duty on higher-value orders is the recipient's responsibility (made clear at checkout).

European Union

• Tracked service charged at checkout. Typically 3-7 working days depending on destination.
• VAT at your country rate is included in the displayed price (Stripe Tax + EU OSS).

Rest of world

• Tracked service charged at checkout. Customs and import charges in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Made-to-order pieces

Couture and personalised pieces take longer to make. The lead time is shown on the product page (typically 2-4 weeks) and the dispatch clock starts when the piece is ready.

Special occasions

Need something for a wedding, christening, Eid, or specific date? Email support@orchardcouture.com before you order and we will do everything we can.

Lost in transit

Reach out to us within seven days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the courier to locate the parcel. If it cannot be found we will replace or refund.
